Where do the products ship from?

Currently, our products ship from several warehouses located in the Northeast.

Are the products you sell re-manufactured?

Everything we sell is new, first quality. We do not sell any used or factory seconds.

Do you have all the items on your site in stock?

One of our goals is to list products as in stock listed on our site. Occasionally the manufactures will "Back-Order" an item, which is beyond our control. We make every effort to make a note on the item if the item is back ordered for an extended period of time. If you are not sure about the stock status, please contact us at +1 518-330-7333

Can I upgrade to faster shipping?

Currently at this time we offer Standard and Economy. Please Contact Us if you would like a faster shipping method. Your order may be shipped. UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground or LTL carrier.

 

Is my e-mail address going to be given to 3rd parties?

We will NEVER sell or give your e-mail address to anyone. We use it solely for sending a Confirmation, Tracking number, or if there is a problem with your order.

How much is shipping going to cost?

Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart. Some items are too heavy for UPS and FedEx so a LTL trucking company will be used. 

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

Do you ship to Canada?

Currently we are only sipping to inside the US

Are the products you sell covered on the manufacturer's warranty?

All Products we sell are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Please see manufacturer's website for each product's warranty.

Can I purchase items not listed on your site?

If you are looking for a product not listed on our site, but is made by one of the manufacturers we sell, we should be able to get the item for you. (Unless it is made exclusively for retail stores, such as Home Depot or Lowe's).
